In accordance with the relevant legislation; during the delivery of postal shipments to the recipient by cargo (post-cargo companies); at a minimum, the name-surname of the recipient, their Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals, passport number, the number of an internationally valid equivalent document, or the number of a document issued by Turkish authorities that serves to identify the person) is recorded and kept for at least two years under confidentiality to be presented to the relevant authorities when necessary. If the recipient refuses to provide identification details, the shipment will not be delivered and will be returned to the sender.

Unless otherwise stated, shipments of the contracted Product are dispatched within 2–5 business days. Pre-order products are excluded. Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Friday are processed the following Monday. Deliveries are made on business days between 09:00 and 18:00. Provided that it does not exceed 30 (thirty) days from the order date, each Product will be delivered to the Buyer or to the person/institution at the address indicated by the Buyer within the time frame specified in the pre-information section of the Site, depending on the distance of the delivery address. If the Product is to be delivered to a person/institution other than the Buyer, ECN cannot be held responsible if the recipient refuses delivery.

ECN is responsible for delivering the contracted Product intact, complete, and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.

If the performance of the ordered Product or service becomes impossible and ECN cannot fulfill its contractual obligations, it shall notify the Buyer in writing or via a permanent data storage medium within three (3) days from the date it becomes aware of this situation, and will refund all payments collected, including delivery costs if applicable, within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest from the date of notification.

For domestic online orders, requests for returns and exchanges will be accepted if the Products are sent to the official address listed on ECN’s contact page within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the Products were delivered to you. Shipments related to returned or exchanged Products are under the responsibility of the Buyer until the Products reach ECN. If the tags have been removed, the original packaging has been damaged or worn, or the Products are considered used, the return or exchange will not be accepted. If the returned Products do not meet the return conditions, they will be resent to your address with freight charges payable by the recipient.

If the Buyer orders Products through the Site to be supplied to a country outside Turkey, the order may be subject to additional customs fees and costs, as well as import taxes and duties imposed at the destination. These additional customs fees and costs, as well as import taxes and duties, shall be borne by the Buyer; ECN has no control over such charges and no responsibility for them. Additionally, when ordering Products to be delivered outside Turkey, the Buyer will be considered the registered importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the Buyer receives the Products. The Buyer acknowledges that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. The Buyer has no right to return the Products due to unexpectedly high customs charges, costs, import taxes, or duties. ECN cannot be held responsible for situations such as the destruction or confiscation of the Products by customs in the relevant country if the customs clearance process cannot be resolved, and in such cases, the order amount will not be refunded. Since customs policies vary greatly from country to country, the Buyer should contact the local customs office for more information.

At the end of any promotional campaign period, if it becomes impossible to fulfill the order and/or service, ECN reserves the right, with the Buyer’s approval, to supply a different Product of equal quality and price to fulfill its contractual obligations.

For cosmetic products, returns will only be accepted if the product packaging is undamaged, the protective seal has not been broken, labels have not been removed, and the product has not been used, ensuring its resellable condition. Products with shipping labels affixed directly onto the original box or taped with shipping tape will not be accepted. Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day the contracted Product is delivered to the Buyer or to a third party designated by the Buyer. In the case of multiple Products ordered and delivered separately, the withdrawal period will begin on the delivery date of the last Product. For the calculation of the withdrawal period, delivery of the Product by ECN to the carrier is not considered delivery to the Buyer.

The Buyer must return the contracted Product to ECN within 5 (five) days after notifying ECN of the withdrawal. Products must be returned completely and undamaged together with their boxes, packaging, certificates, any gift items and accessories, and gift vouchers. If any of these materials are missing or damaged, even if caused by the shipping company, their value will be deducted from the refund amount. Along with the returned Product, the original invoice (if the Product is invoiced to a corporate entity, then the corporate return invoice issued by that entity) must also be sent to ECN. The amount of the returned Product subject to withdrawal will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the Product is received by ECN.

Returns will only be accepted if labels have not been removed, the product has no usage-related damage (tearing, breaking, deformation, etc.), and the original packaging remains intact and the product retains its originality. ECN will not accept returns where labels have been removed or the product is damaged. Products lost during shipping will not be reimbursed to the Buyer.

Products purchased with site promotions or discounts cannot be returned or exchanged. If Products requested for return were delivered with gift items, these gift items must also be returned along with the main Products; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

Products delivered to an address outside the Turkish Customs Territory are not eligible for return. Therefore, these Products cannot be returned for any reason, including but not limited to unexpectedly high customs fees, costs, import taxes, or duties.
